On sanctions

We spurn U.S. sanctions and reiterate our stand that they are counterproductive and futile.

Illegal sanctions against our country will never produce results and will backfire on their perpetrators.

U.S. strategy of interference in domestic affairs of a sovereign Belarus failed.

The people of Belarus will not succumb to external pressure or blackmail, and Belarus will remain free and independent.
