Certificate of criminal record check

Certificate of criminal record check on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (if necessary, additionally on administrative responsibility), may be issued by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the United States of America.

To request the certificate the following documents must be submitted to the Embassy:

1. Application;

2. Consent;

3. Passport (in original);

4. Acceptable payment document;

5. Pre-paid envelope at least 26 cm x 15.9 cm / 10.2" x 6.2" (FedEx, UPS) with the filled return address (when applying by post).

The issuance of the certificate takes up to one month from the date of receipt of all documents required.

Certificate is issued in English on the letterhead of the Embassy.
