Venue: Brest region

Address: Ivanovo District, Motol Agrotown

Category: Culture

It is the tastiest event of the year, a real holiday for all those who love and values the ancient Belarusian cuisine and, of course, for those who want to get to know it. After all, at the Motalskija Prysmaki Festival visitors will be given an opportunity to taste traditional Belarusian dishes. Baked foods, potatoes, fish dishes, cheeses, honey, kvass and many other viands can be tasted and bought during the holiday.

Sausage masters glorify Motol. Local sausage manufacturing traditions are more than 80 years old. Not without reason, the first thing visitors of the culinary festival can taste and buy is meat delicacies. The well-known Motol sausages, ham, soft smoked fish, bread baked following a special recipe, original dishes prepared by local hostesses, are passed on from generation to generation there.

Besides tasty food, the program of the festival will also include competitions, singing, dancing, performance of folk music group, folk ceremonies and ancient games, folk art exhibitions, – in a word, a feast of feasts!
